At LAVISA, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. If applicable, we may also provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the shipping package

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item after your return request has been approved.

Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing an explanation.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right applies only where required under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
